Amir Guerami is a principal and founder of the firm. His primary area of focus is criminal defense and dui/dwi defense. He also heads the firm’s real estate practice. In his criminal practice he has represented clients in cases involving distribution of drugs, DUI/DWI, gun offenses, possession of drugs, assault charges and sexual offenses.
His representative real estate cases involve foreclosure defense litigation for both commercial and residential properties, zoning and land use matters, buyer or seller representation, private & institutional lender representation and title/settlement practice. Prior to establishing this firm Mr. Guerami worked for an international law firm with focus and real estate and corporate matters. He also served as a Baltimore City State’s Attorney; Mr. Guerami successfully prosecuted numerous defendants for their criminal violation of Maryland Laws. Mr. Guerami is also the founder and President of Cathedral Title Group, LLC, an escrow and settlement company servicing the needs of clients in Maryland, Virginia, D.C., and Florida.
Mr. Guerami graduated from Georgetown University and received his law degree from The Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law.
Mr. Guerami grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland. Mr. Guerami and his wife along with their 10 year old son live in Rockville, Maryland.
